As an ex international cyclist, I value my fitness very much.

A short time ago my husband and I fell off our bikes on black ice resulting in a broken leg for John and a damaged shoulder for me. After numerous visits over a few months to the physiotherapist at the hospital I was still in great pain - so I was delighted when, after only 3 treatments with Chris Icke, I was pain free enabling me to continue with my cycling and other hobbies.
